chamberlain house has a great location, super close to everywhere we wanted to go. the room was nice and clean, and the shared kitchen had light breakfast foods which was cool. the parking felt secure and we slept like logs in a comfy bed. the owners were really friendly and gave us a warm welcome.
on the downside, the shower had mould in the corners, and there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room which was a bit of a letdown.

The location was just perfect! We could easily walk to all the main attractions in Derry. Just a bit disappointed with the firm beds though. 😊

I adored the cozy communal kitchen. it felt inviting and was stocked with hearty breakfast options like fresh fruit, making mornings delightful and social!
More accessible rooms with grab bars would help seniors.

Perfect location with a personal touch
My stay was wonderful thanks to the superb location, allowing easy access to the city’s attractions and vibrant nightlife. The self-serve breakfast was well organized, contributing to a friendly, communal atmosphere, and I particularly appreciated the helpfulness of the host Teresa, who offered great local tips. One minor improvement could be the shower pressure in the room, which could be stronger.

the location is perfect, so close to all the hotspots in derry but still quiet at night. teresa was super friendly and made us feel at home right away. the breakfast was great, had everything u need. plus, having our own garage was a big plus cause parking is a pain sometimes.
only thing was the beds were a bit firm for my liking, and the shower pressure could be better.

A Comforting Stay with Welcoming Hosts
We enjoyed our two-night stay, with the lovely Theresa checking in daily to ensure our comfort. The spacious, clean double room and the secure parking were ideal. Don’t miss the great local pubs and restaurants, just a short stroll away. Remember to keep an eye out for extra staircases!

Couples perfect getaway
The staff here, they're outstanding. They helped guide us through the narrow alley like we were on a hidden mission. and the free breakfast was just what we needed the next day!
It wasn’t exactly cheap, but for what you get, it was rather fair.

missingWrote a review on May 26cozy roomgreat locationnarrow stairstight parkingsmall room
The room was compact and cozy, perfect for a solo traveler, and the location was just a short walk to popular bars and attractions. Communal areas were well-stocked with breakfast essentials, making it easy to grab a bite before heading out. reaching the room involved climbing narrow stairs, which could be difficult with heavy luggage, and parking was quite tight.
